In August, 1st 2017 at 8:00 o’clock, An Lac Special Automobile Mechanical Enterprise started handing over gave operation guide and maneuvered the flipped bin garbage truck to Champaclean Joint Stock Company staffs. This is the 1st garbage truck in a total of 02 vehicles SP. Samco has signed with Champaclean Company.

According to feedback from customer, the truck functioned very well. Due to lack of garbage bins in the neighborhood caused some troubles in collecting trash activity, however, job was done quicker than before thanks to the utilities of SP. SAMCO garbage truck. Trash from residents mostly contained in plastic bag, from the beginning to the end of the process to fulfill the container then delivered to collect point took about 2 hours, approximately 2 metric tons of trash was collected and compressed.
The truck functioned in good condition, satisfy customer's requirement
The truck was built on base vehicle HINO WU302L with outstanding orange paint. It was equipped with specialized system made by SP. SAMCO includes: frame shell, trash ejecting plate were made by alloy steel SPA-H of Japan. Likely to sustain external atmospheric corrosion and high pressure. Garbage container had curve shape without strengthening bones. The roof of the container was curved, rounded to the outside to reserve the force created during compression process in order to avoid distortions for the container.
The truck was painted with outstanding orange
This garbage truck also equipped with flipped bin system for standard plastic garbage bin type 240-660 liters. By using hydraulic cylinders imported from Italy with 2 sides force consumption to help reduce impact and increase the longevity the uses of plastic bin. The garbage tailgate cover was also operated by hydraulic, curved shape cap matched with the form of garbage container and sealed with the container by fish bone shaped rubber band in order to maintain urban beauty and prevent trash odor while traveling through city.
Two sides behind the container were equipped with handrails and had enough room for labours to work safety. Beside compress plate were water valves to clean deep from inside the plate, quick-open door on 2 sides to help clean sewage room.
