About 5 years up to now, the "5S" tendency has become familiar with An Lac Special Automobile Mechanical Enterprise (SP.SAMCO) staffs. In the stories often heard in factory, the phrases : sift, sort, clean, and ready are usually mentioned. Is this presented for a SP.SAMCO culture?

5S is the name of a workplace organization method that uses a list of five Japanese words: seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke. Transliterated into Roman Script, they all start with the letter "S". The list describes how to organize a work space for efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and storing the items used, maintaining the area and items, and sustaining the new order. 5S method was first introduced to Vietnam by the FDI companies from Japan and then was quickly embraced and applied to the Vietnamese companies.

5s has become a routine activity at SAMCO SP.

Going on with the arranging warehouse, cleaning the cafeteria and painting working lines for manufacturing area on 16/07/2017, under the direction of the Board of Directors of the enterprises on 28/8/2017, the SP. SAMCO Youth Union has undertaken factory campus hygiene, painting chamber hygiene, maintenance of sewage disposal systems ... following 5S standard.

Every corner in workshop is cleaned

Based on the philosophy that humans are the center of all the development, since many years ago, BoD of Enterprise has implemented 5S model associated with planting more trees around campus, decorating aquarium to create a green environment, ensure the health for the workers. At the same time increasing productivity and creating high economic efficiency for the enterprise itself.

Coming to An Lac Special Automobile Mechanical Enterprise today, from the office blocks to the workshop area, we all can feel the changes in its air. It is the result of caring hands from SP.SAMCO staffs and Youth Union under the direction of Board of Director of enterprises.

In fact, 5s is proven to be an important link in the chain programs that improve the production process, standards and quality control of products, contribute to economic efficiency for production and business operations of a business. When it comes to the time for 5S, everyone is happy despite of tiredness. Looking at the enthusiasm of everyone, the cleanliness of workshop, we can proudly say that: “ Our factory has 5S culture”.
